With the disappearance of the wonderful "OdeToBobbieGentry" website from the internet there no longer seemed to be a comparable site dedicated to the fabulously talented Bobbie Gentry. In order to redress this situation I decided to create a new site, with the "OdeToBobbieGentry" site as my inspiration (thanks Karen), as a tribute to Bobbie and her career in entertainment. Being my first ever attempt at creating a website, "The Talented Bobbie Gentry" is the result of much trial and, mostly, error. I've tried to make it live up to the high standards set by Karen's "OdeToBobbieGentry", so I hope this tribute will be enjoyed by everyone who loves Bobbie's artistry.
